Due to its anti-keratinizing properties, as well as its brightening properties resulting from inhibiting the growth and hyperactivity of skin pigment cells (melanocytes), it is commonly used in products designed for specific skin conditions such as acne, microcomedones, rosacea, and skin discoloration. Additionally, azelaic acid regulates sebum production, which helps reduce excessive oiliness and acne.
Tranexamic acid reduces excessive skin discoloration, such as that resulting from post-acne hyperpigmentation. Before applying the cream, wash and dry the skin thoroughly. When applying the cream, protect your eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes from contact with the cosmetic, and wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream. For acne lesions on the face, apply the cream twice daily (morning and evening), applying a strip of cream approximately 4 cm (1 g) at a time. The maximum daily dose should not exceed a strip approximately 8 cm (2 g). The product should be gently rubbed into the affected areas. For acne lesions on the chest and/or back, do not use more than 10 g of cream daily.
