Recommended intake:
Take 2-3 capsules daily with water between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after eating). Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Composition:
One capsule contains 500 mg acetyl-L-carnitine

Ingredients:
N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl, vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), rice concentrate (Oryza sativa).
