Daily intake:
1-2 tablets (=daily dose) contain:
Inulin 300-600 mg,
lactic acid bacteria 1-2 x 10⁹* (billion) colony-forming units (CFU)

Recommended use:
Adults: 1-2 tablets daily;
Children over 3 years: 1 tablet daily.
