single brewer's yeast cell consists of at least 40% protein, making it the ideal complement to a health-conscious diet. Our brewer's yeast products are characterized by their high quality, which stems primarily from their production method. After the brewing process, the brewer's yeast is dried in a particularly gentle way at a low temperature. This drying process inactivates the brewer's yeast cell, eliminating any fermentation activity. In return, the cell stores the nutrients that are naturally present in brewer's yeast. These include, among others, a particularly high content of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6), biotin, and folic acid. And, of course, many other valuable ingredients. The biotin it contains supports the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Vitamins B1, B2, and biotin contribute to supporting normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Folic acid and vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
