Directions:
Take 8 capsules once daily with a glass of water (200ml). After 28 days, take a 3-day break.

Schindele's Mineralien® must not be used if you have previously had a sensitive reaction to healing clay/rock flour, suffer from gastric obstruction, or are on dialysis. You should also not take Schindele's Mineralien® if you have severe kidney problems. Severe diarrhea with blood and mucus deposits and abdominal cramps, as well as diarrhea that lasts longer than 3 days, usually has serious causes and must be treated by a doctor. In these cases, you should not take Schindele's Mineralien® without first consulting a doctor. There should be an interval of at least 2 hours between taking Schindele's Mineralien® and medication. Do not take with black/green tea, coffee or milk, vitamin E supplements, or oils with a high vitamin E content, as these can block the absorption of iron and other minerals. Here, too, there should be an interval of 2 hours. Schindele's Mineralien® must not be used by children under 12 years of age, or by pregnant women or breastfeeding women. People suffering from hemochromatosis (iron storage disease) should not take Schindele's Minerals® due to its high iron content. Drink plenty of fluids – stools may turn black due to the excretion of metabolic products and unusable minerals, such as iron.

Please note the expiration date on the packaging. Do not use Schindele's Mineralien® after this date. Please store the opened container of Schindele's Mineralien® in a dry, tightly closed place, and free from any foreign odors. Please keep medical devices out of the reach of children.
