Wash your hands thoroughly (approx. 20–30 seconds with soap) before each use of the vaginal gel and ensure good hygiene in the intimate area. For discomfort at the vaginal opening and in the external genital area, apply and spread the gel with a clean finger as needed, even several times a day. A strip of gel approximately 0.5 cm long is sufficient for this. For vaginal application, apply once daily, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Spread a strip of gel approximately 2 cm long inside the vagina with a clean finger. Once symptoms improve, the frequency of application can be reduced as needed. In cases of acute symptoms, daily application should be continued for 7 to a maximum of 10 days.
