Connect the nose balloon over the flat end of the nose piece.\u003cbr\u003e2. Hold the spherical part of the nose piece firmly against the left nostril with your left hand. Pinch your right nostril with your right index finger.\u003cbr\u003e3. Take a deep breath through your mouth, then close your mouth and inflate the nasal balloon by blowing through your left nostril until the nasal balloon is the size of a grapefruit (10-12cm).\u003cbr\u003e4.
